Pouring
1. A clean glass
To optimally pour the beer, it is important that the glass is clean. If you are pouring the beer from a bottle, alos make sure that the glass is properly dried. If served on draught, this is not necessary.
2. Pour gently
Gently pour the bottle into the glass. Try to avoid the well-known sloshing sound.
3. Leave residue as think as a finger in the bottle
Leave about 1 cm of beer in the bottle. What is left in the bottle is the deposit of yeast, which can be poured later on or chucked away, depending on your own taste. The deposit of yeast is very healthy because of the B vitamins.
4. Look and smell
Look at the froth and smell the beer aromas.
5. Taste and enjoy
And the only thing left then is to enjoy !
